Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled for a full refund before they have been processed and shipped.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns of unopened and unused items.

To qualify for a return:

  • Unopened and unused products only.
  • Return request within 30 days of delivery.
  • Original packaging required.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
